Please Note: To ensure availability for all our customers, Jellycat purchases are limited to 2 per style per order. Thank you for understanding and helping us share the joy—one snuggly friend at a time!

Refund & Return

Bonjour! Unopened, unused items may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange ONLY for up to 14 days after purchase (or receipt of package).

The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you in the form of store credit, excluding any shipping charges. 

Please note the following non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal & holiday items
  • Perishable goods such as: food, wine, spirits
  • Books
  • Antiques & vintage items
  • Some health & personal care items
  • Sale items, layaways, special orders and/or custom items are FINAL SALE only. No returns, exchanges or refunds.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A gift can be returned for exchange only.

Store credit

Authorized returns are issued an exchange or store credit only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded for store credit, nor exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1024 North Blvd, Oak Park, IL 60301.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. f you receive a store credit the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from any sort of credit or refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
