Caviar D’Aubergines Eggplant Caviar

Grilled Provence eggplants (60%), combined with sunflower and olive oil, black olives, garlic and lemon juice, salt and pepper. No colorants or additives. Does not contain any fish. Try it as an avocado filling, or line a pie shell with it before topping with other summer vegetables. Excellent with fish also.
