This guided tasting will take you through six regions of France, including Champagne, Gascony, Sancerre, Beaujolais, Burgundy, and Languedoc. Each wine has been selected to reflect the character of its region, creating a progression that moves from fresh and expressive to deeper, more structured pours as the evening unfolds.
The experience begins with Champagne Mandois Brut Origines and continues through selections from Domaine Tariquet, before transitioning into wines from Saint Chinian and Cabardes to round out the tasting.
Designed to be approachable, engaging, and thoughtfully paced, this is an opportunity to explore French wine in a way that feels both guided and relaxed.
